The Story
In 2018 Itek were asked by the developers for their involvement on the luxury Quay 29 project which was the sequential next phase of one of Gibraltars most prestigious marina developments within the Kingswharf development. Consisting of some 118 apartments Iteks design team headed by their design director and design team created bespoke kitchens for the development and the project team handled everything from final designs and upgrades, M&E drawings, material supply & logistics to local handling and customs clearances, off-loading, site coordination to installation and final handover. The project took some nine months to complete and was a mammoth task for the team but ended up a high specification, well-executed finished product.
